Kinetic Konnection offers an in-store experience unlike anybody else in Ontario. To ensure you get the best product, fit by professionals, here is the process we follow:

Get a Diagnosis

Prior to visiting Kinetic Konnection, we recommend that you consult with your family physician for a diagnosis. If a prescription is necessary, obtaining one before you visit our store will help you get on the road to recovery faster as it provides us with the information we need to direct you to the proper product. Visit Us

Visit one of our locations and consult with The Bracing Experts. If it is custom foot orthotics you are after, simply call ahead and make an appointment to see our Chiropodist. Find your nearest store.

3.

Providing Solutions

During your consultation, The Bracing Expert will educate you on your condition and introduce you to solutions that would be best for your injury.

4.

Payment /Insurance Coverage

We can contact your insurance company to inquire about your coverage. This will help us provide you with the necessary information to complete your reimbursement strategy. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit at all locations. Click here to obtain the insurance claim form for your provider.

5.

Follow Ups

For many products including Unloading braces, custom knee braces, compression socks and foot orthotics, one of The Bracing Experts will follow up with you after your purchase. We want to ensure that you are using the product properly and are happy with it.
