Getting Started

Kinetic Konnection offers an in-store experience unlike anybody else in Ontario. To ensure you get the best product, fit by professionals, here is the process we follow:

  1. 1. Get a Diagnosis

    We recommend that you see a medical professional, such as a physician or nurse practitioner in order to get an accurate diagnosis. Once you know your condition we can help you find the most appropriate brace for your condition.

  2. 2. Visit Us

    Stop by and visit one of our 6 locations to consult with our Bracing Experts®. If you are in need of a brace or compression socks you do not need an appointment. If you would like to make an appointment to ensure faster service please contact us.

  3. 3. Providing Solutions

    During your visit, one of our Bracing Experts® will consult with you about your diagnosis and provide you with a bracing plan that is best for your injury and lifestyle.

  4. 4. Health Insurance Coverage/Payment

    We will contact your health insurance provider to inquire about your coverage. We will bill directly when permitted. Otherwise we accept credit, debit or cash for payment. We will provide all paperwork for you to get reimbursed from your health insurance company.

  5. 5. Follow Ups

    One of our Bracing Experts will provide a follow up contact for many of our products including Unloading knee braces, custom knee braces, compression socks and foot orthotics. We want to ensure that you are using the product properly and are happy with it.
