It features modern easy-glide hinges that stabilize and support the knee joint's natural roll and glide motion. The orthosis also has circular straps at the thigh and lower leg for a secure fit and improved wearing comfort.
One of the most remarkable features of the Genumedi® Pro is its integrated silicone ring that reduces stress on the kneecap. The compression of the knitted fabric, along with the silicone ring, causes a massage effect, enhancing joint perfusion, decreasing swelling and effusion, and alleviating irritation and pain. Additionally, the medially and laterally placed easy-glide joints provide additional stability, while the two straps encircling the thigh and calf provide additional support.
